With nearly 40 years in the drainage industry—and 28 years building and leading successful businesses—Martin is widely recognised as one of the UK and Ireland’s leading authorities in drainage systems, standards, and best practice.
As Co-Founder and Chairman of the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC), he has played a central role in shaping the professional landscape of the industry. He is also Co-Founder and Director of the National Drainage Academy (NDA), Co-Founder of NADC Ireland, and Co-Founder and Director of Drainsafe—the approved contractor scheme setting standards across the UK and Ireland.
He has been instrumental in developing and delivering industry training programmes used throughout the UK and Ireland, raising competency and consistency across the sector through recognised certification schemes.
